By downloading or playing Plankly (“the Game”) you agree to these Terms. The Game is published by TDzStudio. If you do not agree, please do not play.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the Game or extract its assets.
In-app purchases & subscriptions
The Game offers optional purchases, all billed by Apple or Google — never by us directly:
- Cogs packs — consumable in-game currency.
- Bench pass — an auto-renewing monthly subscription.
The Bench pass renews automatically at the price shown in the Game for your region, charged to your Apple or Google account, until you cancel. It comes with a 3-day free trial for players who have not subscribed to it before; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid month. Cancel at any time from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings — cancelling stops the next renewal and the pass stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
While the pass is active it switches ads off and lends you every wood for your bench. The woods are lent for the length of the subscription, not given: when the pass ends, a wood you did not buy outright with Cogs goes back and your bench returns to a wood you own. Buying a wood with Cogs keeps it for good.
Purchases are tied to the store account that made them. Use Restore purchases in the Game to re-apply them on a new device. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies; we cannot issue them.
Virtual items
Cogs, woods, workshop hands, tools and collection pieces are licensed, not sold. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and may be changed or discontinued as the Game is updated. Unused virtual items are forfeited if the Game is discontinued or your licence ends.
Leaderboard & display names
Playing online publishes a display name and score on a global leaderboard. You are responsible for the name you choose; it must not be offensive, impersonate anyone, contain personal information, or advertise anything. We may remove or reset a name and take down the entry, and may bar a persistent offender's anonymous ID from the leaderboard. Full rules and how to report a name are on the Privacy Policy page.
Acceptable use
Do not cheat, tamper with saved data, automate play, or try to disrupt the Game or its servers for other players.
Disclaimer & liability
The Game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TDzStudio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost virtual items or progress. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
