Terms of Use

By downloading or playing Magicdoku: Pet Logic Puzzle (“the Game”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

License

TDzStudio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the Game or its content.

In-app purchases & subscriptions

The Game is free to play. It also offers optional purchases, all processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play — never by us directly:

• Remove Ads — a one-time purchase that permanently removes banner and interstitial ads. Opt-in rewarded ads remain available.
• VIP Club — an auto-renewable subscription billed weekly, with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. While it is active it removes ads, unlocks the VIP-only pets, and makes the helper tools and continues free.
• Pet packs — one-time purchases that permanently unlock a named set of cosmetic pets. Every pet in a pack is pictured before you buy.
• Paw top-ups — one-time purchases of the in-game currency, which is also earned freely by playing.

Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically each period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Prices vary by region and may change; you will be notified as required by the store. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies — we cannot issue store refunds directly. One-time purchases can be re-applied with Restore Purchases.

Virtual items

Paws, cosmetics, hearts and helper tools (Hint, Reveal, Undo) have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts, and may be managed or discontinued as part of the Game. There are no loot boxes and no randomized purchasable rewards — every cosmetic is shown before it is unlocked.

Leaderboard & display names

If you play online, your display name and scores are published on a global leaderboard. Choose a name that is not offensive, does not impersonate anyone, and contains no personal information about you or anyone else. We may change or remove a display name, or remove a leaderboard entry, that breaks this rule or that we reasonably believe to be inappropriate. Report a name to support@vion.fun.

Acceptable use

Do not use cheats, exploits or automation, tamper with your saved data to falsify scores, or disrupt the Game or other players. We may remove content or restrict access for violations.

Disclaimer & liability

The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TDzStudio is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Game.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued play after changes means you accept them.
