Galaxy Guardian: Survivor is a space survival arcade game that offers:

• Seasonal ranked competitive matches
• In-app advertisements
• In-app purchases for virtual items and premium features

3. User Accounts

3.1 Anonymous Account

When you first use the Game, an anonymous account with a unique user ID is automatically created to store your game progress and data. No registration or personal information is required to start playing.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, including but not limited to cheating or exploiting bugs.

4. In-App Purchases

4.1 Virtual Currency and Items

The Game may offer virtual currency, items, or other content for purchase. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

4.2 Pricing

Prices for in-app purchases are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

4.3 No Real-World Value

Virtual items and currency have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency or goods outside the Game.

5. Seasonal Ranked Matches

5.1 Fair Play

You agree to play fairly and not use any cheats, hacks, bots, or exploits that provide an unfair advantage in ranked matches.

5.2 Seasonal Resets

Rankings and certain rewards may be reset at the beginning of each season. We reserve the right to modify the ranking system at any time.

5.3 Rewards

Seasonal rewards are distributed at our discretion and may be modified or revoked if obtained through fraudulent means.

6. Advertisements

The Game contains advertisements from third-party advertising networks. By using the Game, you consent to receiving such advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, automation software, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software
• Exploit bugs or glitches for personal gain
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account to another person

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game, including but not limited to graphics, text, code, and audio, is owned by TDzStudio or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TDZSTUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the Game or via email.
