By downloading or playing Animal Tile: Match Puzzle (“the Game”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

License

TDzStudio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the Game or its content.

In-app purchases & subscriptions

• The Game offers a one-time Remove Ads purchase and a VIP Club auto-renewable subscription (weekly, with a 3-day free trial).
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation.
• The subscription renews automatically each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Prices may vary by region and may change; you will be notified as required by the store.
• Refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their policies; we cannot issue store refunds directly.

Virtual items

Coins/“bones”, cosmetics, boosters and other in-game items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be managed or discontinued as part of the Game.

Acceptable use

Do not use cheats, exploits or automation, disrupt the Game or other players, or submit offensive nicknames. We may remove content or restrict access for violations.

Disclaimer & liability

The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TDzStudio is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Game.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued play after changes means you accept them.
